Toro! Toro! By Michael Morpurgo,                                                                                                                                                                                              It is about a child who's father is a bull tamer and sends them to go to the 'bull circus' as they tell the small boy named Antonito . His Uncle is the person who 'dances with the bulls' as they say to Antonito because they don't want him to be sad.                                                                                                                                                  One day when he is with his Father milking the cows, his Father notices that their best cow is sick, he goes towards her and sees that she is giving birth, he lets the baby out gently and not much blood comes out. They name him Paco because of his defiance (Chosen by Antonito),sadly the mother can't get up and sadly dies afterwards  then the boy goes to his first 'bull circus' and watches in happiness as the bull 'dances by chasing a red cloth while the boy's uncle dodges the horns almost gracefully' Then, he suddenly sees that the 'bull dancer' stabs the angered bull with a small spear and sidesteps him, it's bleeding now, and at last, exhausted is killed with a sword to the side, Antonito is shocked and knows that will happen to Paco, so he plans to steal him one disastrous night...

My choice is a non fiction publication and centres on the business and entrepreneurial mind set.

Its called 'Beyond Knowledge Management, What Every Leader Should Know'.

It first speaks of 'Knowledge Management', what it is, how to get it and how to keep it.

It then moves on to 'Strategic Intelligence'.

After discussing how to capitalise on 'Globalisation', 'E Learning', 'Social Networking' and 'Virtual Worlds', it concludes with (business) relationships and (the need for regular) 'innovation'.

The book is aimed at senior executives, managers, directors, entrepreneurs, visionaries, higher business leaders and those who have already leaped into the abyss of being different to others.

The 16 contributors in the book vary from being professors, chairpersons of successful corporations, program managers, government organisations and directors.

Update:

I'm currently reading the Roald Dahl Books, they are creative and sometimes strange.

My oldest favourite is Fantastic Mr Fox, the responsibility Mr Fox takes on is heavy but in the end all goes well.

The 3 Bad guys are:

Boggis, a chicken farmer, as he eats them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can guess the size of him.

Bunce, I've forgotten his food, but it isn't normal either, it wouldn't be delicious in any way, shape or form, even he doesn't like his own food.

And finally, Bean, who grows turkeys and apples, but the turkeys are not to be eaten, in fact, he's as thin as a pencil! The apples are used for making cider, and that's his life source.
